So, what is in your mind when you are searching for the best and effective acne treatment? Is it some kind of expensive acne cream products? Or an expensive acne treatment service, such as facial treatment? Well, you are wrong. In fact, the best acne treatment in the world is neither expensive acne cream products nor any acne treatment services.

While these acne creams and drugs do work against acne, it is only a temporary solution, the acne bounds to return as long the root of acne is still exists within your body. It is also worth to mention that using these acne products may even trigger side-effects on your skin, especially when your skin is not compatible to certain chemicals or medications. 4) As for acne inflammation, get some sesame seeds, and turn them into a paste. Mix some water and apply on your face. This will slowly dissolve the inflammation over time.

5) Honey is also another viable option to use, although it is a bit costly. Honey contains strong antioxidant, which it is extremely effective to kill bacteria and improve your skin healing. Apply on your affected area with it.

6) Aloe Vera is same as honey. It speeds up your skin healing process and reducing the swelling and redness of your skin.

7) Improve your diets menu. Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits. If possible, take a multivitamin daily. Try to avoid any processing foods and junk foods. They do more harm to your body than being helpful. If you can’t completely avoid it, minimize the intake.

8) Sleep, get enough sleep. You need at least 7 to 8 hours to prevent the hormonal imbalance from occurring.

9) If possible, try to lessen your stress down. Too much stress can also trigger acne. Engage some relaxing activity like yoga or do some sports.

10) Basic 101 rules for acne, avoid touching your face, especially the affected area with your hands; as our hands tend to be full of germs and bacteria. These germs and bacteria can worsen your acne condition.
