I know that because I was the victim, as well in the past. I completely understand the hardship and pain that every acne sufferers had gone through in their life. Knowing this, I started to do some research about which foods that can cause acne breakouts and I finally found the “culprit”, and these foods must be avoid at all cost if you want to have acne-free. Caffeine: Any caffeine-based drinks should be banned from your life. Drinking or eating will leads to more pimples. They also increase your stress levels and prevent you to have adequate sleeps at night. Caffeine is another powerful acne aggravator.

Seafood: Seafood such as oysters, lobsters, and crabs contains excessive amounts of iodine, which will leads to acne breakout. Whether you are allergic towards them or not, you should avoid eating them if possible.

These are the top five foods that you should avoid. If you can’t avoid or eliminate them from your diet, then take them moderately is recommended. However, you should keep in mind that avoiding these foods is not the sure-way to have clear skin. For optimal results, you need to combine with appropriate treatments and increase the consumption of health foods such as fruits and vegetables.
