Granted that multivitamins is not as powerful or focused as a specific vitamin intake, but it is definitely convenient for everyone. However, taking of multivitamin tablets should be avoided at all cost. It is because our body is unable to process all the minerals and vitamins suitably at one time. It is recommended for one to take vitamin tablets twice every day. For optimal results, you should eat a lot of fruits and green vegetables.
