Solar panel is a device that makes use of the natural energy such as sunlight to produce electricity for the home. This energy that generated by the panels is usually known as renewable energy. Building your own solar panel is easy as long as you have the right tools.

The necessary components that you need for constructing the panels is solar plates, photovoltaic cells, semi conductor block, converter, battery and wires. You can find these components at any nearby hardware store or supermarket. These items are inexpensive and affordable for everyone.

Here are the five steps you need to do in order to assemble the solar panel:

Step 1: First of all, you need to connect the solar plates with the photovoltaic cells. Put the solar plates on the top of the photovoltaic cells. Remember to tie both of the ends of solar plate and photovoltaic cells firmly with wires. Photovoltaic cells function is to generate electricity directly from the sunlight.

Step 2: As for the semi conductor block, you should keep it below the two and tie it with plenty of conductor wires.

Step 3: Once you successfully connected and tied the plates with the cell and semi conductor block, your next concern should be the location. You need to position the panel in the place that has a high sun exposure. In this way, the plate will receive and absorb maximum sunlight. More sunlight, more electricity produced.

Step 4: Connecting the converter is your next step. This converter is used to filter the energy, so that the converted energy will contains only electrons.

Step 5: Connecting the battery is the final step. The battery is essential as it will store all the converted electricity for the future use. If possible, you should get at least 10 batteries for more storage capacity.
